At York MPD in 1962, ex-North Eastern Railway Raven 'B16/3' class 4-6-0 No. 61434, built at Darlington in November 1922 as NER No. 2363. Rebuilt by Edward Thompson from class 'B16/1' to class 'B16/3' in April 1949, with three independent sets of Walschaert's valve gear and a higher running plate. It was withdrawn in June 1964.
