Approaching Seamer Station from Scarborough with an interesting train mainly LNER LMS stock but with a GCR matchboard coach at rear. Vic Smith was struggling with this being Seamer as the first two sets of points are hand operated and the third one signal box controlled with a shunting dummy signal visible. The disused stations website show only one track in the goods station. However a check on the 1928 OS map confirms there was a three track coal depot behind the goods station.
