The loco is in original condition with side skirts and before fitting with headlights.D5122 was withdrawn on 2nd October 1968 due to fire damage following an accident at Castlecary near Cumbernauld with a Glasgow Queen Street to Edinburgh DMU on 9th September 1968, sadly the crew died.
