An interestng Sunday train running under Express lamps. The first three vehicles are parcels, with only 3 and a half passenger vehicles. I wonder if it is a Liverpool Boat train but I would have expected more passenger accomodation.
The third vehicle is the most interesting, I believe it is an ex LYR Ambulance train conversion returned to service as a pure parcels vehicle. I wonder if it still retains windows or if they are painted/plated over?
The forth vehicle looks like an LMS period II open 3rd rather; the remaining coaches appear to be a period I followed by a Midland clerestory and a Period III (Stanier) brake 3rd
