This is Brecon amp; Merthyr Loco No 45 which became GW 1372 and renumbered again in 1949 to 431 and lasted in service until October 1953. The location is Newport Pill not Cardiff. 431 was allocated to Pill and the quot;Wquot; target on the bunker denotes a Western Valley working.
