Barry Railway H class 0-8-2T No 83, built by Sharp, Stewart in 1896, is seen in c1920. Lindsay Bryant says "Almost certainly the west end of Barry Shed yard, the building of the GW coal stage in the 1920s added the distinctive stone faced ramp which formed the background of similar photos in later years."
