With the new road bridge nearing completion.

Peter Kerslake adds "Western Venturer appears to be about to come over to the line leading into the Depot after arrival at Plymouth's North Road.
The waters of the River Plym estuary are at low tide and before the new road visible on the left was built there was water on each side of the lines here but the area to the left of the lines was filled when the road was constructed and the bridge enlarged."
