Thanks to the Industrail Railwy Society we now believe this is at Hill Top Foundry, Wednesbury. This was on the South Staffs line just south of Wednesbury No.1 Signal Box. This was acquired by them in December 1957 and sold in 1972 to local scrap merchants R.A.
