This was identified as Derby but we are now sure it is Nuneaton where the loco was allocated until June 1962.
It is on the roads leading to the turntable which allowed access to the MR lines by means of an under-bridge below the WCML. This feature was put in by the LMS to relieve congestion caused by gaining access to the yard direct from the LNWR lines.
