Ex-North Eastern Railway Raven 'T2' (LNER 'Q6') class 0-8-0 No. 63368. Built at Darlington in August 1913 as NER No. 1362 and withdrawn in December 1966. Simmering alongside 'WD' 2-8-0 No. 90479 at West Hartlepool MPD in January 1964, is one of the one hundred and twenty long-lived and highly regarded Raven 'Q6s'. Oddly, for a type most associated with north-east England, most of the final survivors were to be found on colliery workings in the Leeds and Normanton areas of Yorkshire.
