NER Q6 0-8-0 No 63395 receiving attention at Thornaby shed.
This is taken at Thornabby circa 1969. It was stored there as NELPG volunteers prepared the loco for its trip to the NYMR. Could be Peter Proud on the cab roof and possibly Maurice Burns in the boiler suit at the smoke box. The Ford Corsair would be the NELPGs chairmans car the Late W B Greenfield.
