The number on the smokebox plate has been crudely picked out in chalk

My old 1956 shedbbok has 82033 shedded at Newton Abbot , but in this 1961 photograph she is running into Bristol Temple Meads with a train of empty coaching stock for a northbound departure (it went to Bath Road in 1960 followed by Barrow Road a year later) , doubtles from the nearby Bedminster stock sidings a mile or so out from Temple Meads .
Bath Road Motive Power Depot looks unusually quiet in this view , with just a nicely cleaned " Castle " visible from across the tracks from Temple Meads.
The houses at Totterdown overlook the area , with the Bath Road overbridge also in the picture.
