GCR B2 4-6-0 No 5424 City of Lincoln climbs past New Basford on the way out of Nottingham with a Swansea to Newcaste express in c1933. The first NPCS vehicle is interesting - the van is a GWR Small Beetle. A special cattle van for carrying pedigree farm animals. There wasn't any grooms' comaprtment.
