41263 was transferred from Blackpool to Low Moor in September 1954. This picture at Low Moor dates from the late 1950s since it has the later BR crest received in August 1957 after a Heavy General repair but has no overhead warning plates which would have been added when it went to Crewe for a non-classified repair in March 1961. 41274 on the left was transferred to Low Moor in June 1959.
