Ivatt 2MT 2-6-2T No 41307 with the Sidmouth branch train. It comprises a Maunsell BCK and an ex SECR 10 compartment coach and is standing in the middle siding at Sidmouth Junction. 41307 has run round its train and judging by the ground signal being in the 'off' position the train is about to reverse in to the bay platform. The two coach combination seen here were the regular branch coaches and lasted about two years. The ex SECR coaches were time expired and were later replaced by Maunsell Open Seconds.
