Drummond Caledonian Railway 'Jumbo' class 2F 0-6-0 No 57261 passes Germiston Junction near St.Rollox with a local goods train in spring 1963.

The overbridge in the background carries Broomfield Rd and behind it can be seen the large water tanks of St Rollox sheds, all to the east of the box. So the photo is taken from the south side of the line and 57261 is running downhill on the tracks southside of the box and westward on the line leading to St Rollox Top Yard.
The crew have certainly spotted Bill taking the photo!
