NER B16 4-6-0 No 61432 on a York-Scarborough express awaiting departure at the east end of Leeds City station in c1955. Many Victorian artisan's workshops were adjacent to the station and some can be seen on the right. The top of the LMS 1937-built, art deco Queens Hotel is seen just above them.
