David J. Hayes says " Although just a guess and based on WTT information pre-dating this image, this might be 8O45, the 19:20 SSuX Willesden Sudbury Sidings to Norwood Yard (arr. 20:23), which was booked through Kensington Olympia at 19:38. The May 1969-May 1970 WTT showed no fewer than four Class 8 freights bound for Norwood Yard passing through "Kenny-O" in the space of a little more than an hour during a weekday evening; 8O38 ex-Willesden @ 19:04, 8O45 ex-Willesden @ 19:38, 8O50 ex-Temple Mills @ 19:56 and 8O17 ex-Severn Tunnel Junction @ 20:06. Busy times"

"Further to my previous comment, I have since acquired a WTT for the West London Line covering the period of this June-dated 1970 image. This working may well actually be either 8O15, the 10:42 SSuX (Q) Jersey Marine to Hither Green Sidings (arr. 9:02pm) or 8O45, the 10:42 SSuX (Q) Jersey Marine to Norwood Yard (arr. 9:23pm). The service has most likely recessed somewhere (possibly at Acton Yard) and was booked through "Kenny-O" at 8:05pm. 8O15/8O45 could alternatively start from Cardiff (Tidal?) at 12:07 if so required. The loco off 8O45 to Norwood was booked to return "Light Engine" to Old Oak Common "
