What is my Account?
Each Registered User has their own Account into which they can put money to use to purchase images. The Account is topped-up from your credit card using Nochex secure facilities.

When images are purchased the appropriate cost is deducted from your Account balance.

Can a balance in my Account be repaid?
If you want your Account balance to be repaid you need to write to us or send an e-mail from your registered email address indicating how your refund is to be paid. Your refund can either be paid into your credit card account or we can send a cheque to you.

Note we are unable to refund amounts of less than £1 (one pound sterling).

Is my personal information safe?
Rail-Online’s database holds only the details (User name/password and email address) which you enter onto the Registration Form together with your image purchasing history. All financial transactions, ie adding money into your Account are made using Nochex secure facilities and no credit card details are held by Rail-Online. Click HERE to view our Privacy Policy.
